- Presentation of clear and define policies should always be provided by the telemarketing companies when the consumer suddenly ask for it. Policies should be presented to avoid miscommunication and misleading information to the part of the consumer.
- All telemarketing companies should have an internal do not call list. These are list of name of different consumers who doesn’t want to receive a call from them anymore. If the consumers want their name to be added on this list the company should comply.
